Drive with Nationwide Coverage

The Parts Plus Car Care Center North American Warranty protects you from unexpected repairs on most services performed at Parts Plus Car Care shops for 36 months or 36,000 miles, no matter where your travels take you.

How the Program Works

You must keep a copy of the original repair invoice and present it when seeking service under this warranty.

If you are less than 25 miles away from the original repair facility, you must return to that facility for warranty repairs.

If you are more than 25 miles from the original repair facility,you must call the Warranty Administrator at 1-877-252-4609 (toll-free). The Warranty Administrator will direct you to the nearest Car Care Center for repairs.

Once the repair is complete, the shop will contact the Warranty Administrator. You pay nothing for covered repairs.

If there is no Car Care Center in the area, you may visit a non-participating repair facility. If the non-participating facility won't accept payment from the Warranty Administrator, you must pay for repairs and then submit your original repair invoice and subsequent warranty repair invoice to the administrator for review within 90 days of the date of repair. Nationwide Warranty Coverage

The North American Warranty covers parts and labor for a period of 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first.

This warranty covers the following types of repairs and services, subject to the exclusions listed within:

• Air Conditioning, heating and climate control systems
• Brake system
• Engine cooling system
• Electrical system, including the starting and charging systems
• Engine performance, drivability services and repair
• Exhaust system
• Fuel system
• Ignition system
• Electronic engine management system and on-board computer systems, (engine, body, brake and suspension computers)
• Cruise control system
• Steering/suspension system, wheel bearings, CV joints/U-joints, Half-shafts and driveshafts
• Other minor repairs

Service & Vehicles NOT Covered by Warranty

Clutches – Clutch component or assembly repair or replacement.

• ENGINE:

  Any internal repairs or replacement of internal components, or replacement of engine assembly.

• TRANSMISSION, TRANSAXLES:

  Automatic – any internal repair or component replacement requiring the removal of the transmission or transaxle from the vehicle or disassembly of the same.

• DRIVE AXLE/DIFFERENTIAL ASSEMBLY

  Any repair or component replacement requiring the removal of internally lubricated components or replacement of the drive/axle differential assembly.

• BODY, PAINT, MOLDING REPAIR
• COMMERCIAL VEHICLES
