We Perform: Safety Inspections and Emissions Inspections
State Inspection Overview: The Pennsylvania State Inspection Program requires safety inspections to ensure the safe operation of vehicles. Safety inspections can prevent vehicle failure on highways and may reduce injuries and fatalities. During a safety inspection, a certified inspector will perform a systematic check of a vehicle's safety components, such as brakes, lights and exhaust systems. In some counties, vehicles must also pass an emissions inspection.
All safety and emissions inspections must be performed at an official state inspection station.
